Taqi Shakoori joined Dr. Zaim Gökbay's Research Group as a PhD student. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Istanbul University, Institute of Science, Department of Informatics. His thesis title is: "Analysis of Psychopathological Behavioral Tendencies Under Middle Eastern Influences Using Machine Learning Methods," and his research aims to develop machine learning approaches for analyzing behavioral patterns in specific cultural contexts.

He completed his MBA thesis at Istanbul Aydın University, specializing in barriers and facilitating factors for knowledge sharing among students. Taqi holds a BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Tehran. Following his graduation, he worked for 5 years in telecommunications with companies involved in mobile base station (BTS) installation and commissioning activities such as Nokia, Siemens, and ZTE. Additionally, he worked for 3 years on data network installation and commissioning with network management tools (Cisco, Alcatel, ZTE, etc.).

His future aspirations involve advancing the understanding of psychopathological behaviors through machine learning methodologies, with particular focus on cultural and regional influences on behavioral patterns.
